GBRT Carnival Drums

We're bringing the sound of carnival to Market Harborough embracing all kinds of percussion with our approach being strongly influenced by Afro-Brazilian samba.

We learn everything using sound and action, not many words and no sheet music.  We’re looking to collaborate with other groups on performance projects, so we would love to hear from other musicians, singers or dancers.

Who?
This is a new percussion performance group for all abilities whether beginner or experienced drummers.  You just need to be over the age of 12 and enthusiastic about being part of an exciting new performance group.

When And Where?
Rehearsals will take place on Tuesday evenings at Great Bowden Church Hall (near Market Harborough) from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
All rehearsal dates and venues are provided on the GBRT Carnival Drums 2012 Rehearsal Dates and GBRT Carnival Drums 2013 Rehearsal Dates schedules.

Thomas Heath - Our Musical Director

What Does It Cost?
