Community Concerts

The single most encouraging part of the Trust’s work is to see the growth in the confidence of local young people that performing on stage can provide. Therefore, twice a year, the Trust hosts the GBRT Community Concerts to showcase talent of local young musicians who do not normally have the opportunity to perform on stage plus performances from the GBRT Choirs and Ensembles.

Each of the events, to date, has been sold out with standing room only – long may this last.  Although it is very nerve-wracking for the performers, each of them comes off stage to thunderous applause in recognition of their efforts.

Tickets
Tickets for the Community Concerts cost just £3 each and are available by sending a cheque, payable to 'GBRT', to the Trust with the date of the concert, number of tickets required and full postal address written on the reverse. We will then send the tickets to you by return. The ticket money then forms part of the Find & Fund programme.
